This site is a tribute to Lisse Parsons affectionately known as "Lady Lisse", who was born in Maidstone on September 16, 1973. An amazing and very special  lady who's strength of love and kindness will be forever in our hearts. Lisse epitomised love and what is right with this world.

Our plight is to raise up to £25000 for the Heart of Kent Hospice.

Lisse was "lucky" enough to have been cared for by both the community team and the inpatients unit at the Heart of Kent Hospice, at the end of her physical life. In memory of an incredible lady who always put others first, it is our wish to now raise much needed funds for the hospice to help maintain the incredible work they do, day in and day out. 

Heart of Kent Hospice is a place where everybody has time to care, whether doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, the volunteers who make you coffee as well as the ladies who clean the rooms. Everyone works to ensure every patient and their family has the care they need to make the worst of times as bearable as possible.

We want to fund raise in Lisse's memory for something that would benefit others who find themselves in the same situation as us. However the hospice doesn't need a lot of equipment or machines, it is all about the people who make it such a warm and special place. Therefore we want to raise enough money to at least sponsor a Health care assistant for one year. This will help provide the ongoing compassionate care to people and their families dealing with a terminal illness who spend time at the hospice. Please help us and Lisse to make that happen.

As well as any personal donations given directly via this much loved page, moving forward it is our hope that we will be taking part in and organising other fundraising initiatives to help this fund raising page .All updates of fundraising, events and photos moving forward will be posted in honour Lisse. My Sunflower

A breath of fresh air, that prolonged stare,

A break in the clouds when you're gasping for air,

A sunflower standing tall and proud, in amongst a non existent crowd,

Like a gentle breeze in a sun drenched sky,or a grace of flight to question why,

My sunflower she stands there committed and strong,

Forever able to right those wrongs.....
